WeatherNext is a private browser weather station built by Jonathan R. Reed for a small authorized guest list. The live app combines saved locations, hourly forecasts, alert context, air quality, pollen, astronomy, solar details, historical comparison, and map-based weather layers in one focused dashboard.

The production dashboard runs in the browser after Google sign-in. Without JavaScript, the interactive forecast interface, location controls, saved settings, and weather map cannot load. This fallback exists so visitors, crawlers, and assistive tooling can still understand what the project is, who maintains it, and how its public trust pages are organized.

If you are on the authorized list, enable JavaScript and use the normal login screen. If you are evaluating the public project surface, start with the About, Privacy, Subprocessors, and Contact pages linked above.

The app is intentionally private because weather dashboards often include repeated location checks, saved places, and personal routines. WeatherNext keeps the public website simple and reserves the live dashboard for signed-in users who are already expected by the project.

The public pages describe the project boundary, data providers, and maintainer path. They do not expose forecast controls, saved locations, or map state. That split keeps the crawler-readable site useful without pretending the private dashboard is a public product.

WeatherNext can be understood as a personal operating tool: direct, weather-focused, and built around repeated checks rather than social features or public feeds. The authenticated app is the product surface; this fallback is the plain public context.

The public shell also gives search tools a stable route map. About explains the project, Privacy explains saved settings and location context, Subprocessors lists the current providers, and Contact points back to Jonathan's main site. Those links are the intended public path for anyone who cannot or should not enter the private dashboard.
